РЕГИСТРАЦИЯ ЭКСКУРСИЯ

4. Imagine that you are explaining to a foreigner the difference between English and Ukrainian cuisine. What would you tell him/her? Describe the kind of meal you particularly enjoy. Give the recipe for some dish you like best.

Ukrainians ride four times a day, and their kitchen is quite complicated. Everyone starts their day with breakfast.
English breakfast is a bit better, since it consists of one or two fried eggs, grilled sausages, bacon, tomadras and mushrooms.
The Englishman has tea with milk and toast with butter and marmalade.
As a choice, you can have corn flakes with milk and sugar or porridge.
In Ukraine, people can have anything for breakfast.
Some good-natured people even prefer soup, but, of course, sandwiches and coffee are very popular.
Lunch is the biggest meal of the day. It may be a meat or fish course with non-alcoholic beverages, and then a sweet course.
Ukrainians will have a starter (salad, herring, cheese, etc.), soup, steaks, chopsticks or fish fillets with garnew, lots of bread, of course, and something to drink. The bigger the better.
Four or five Ukrainians can taste: waffles, cakes with juice, tea, cocoa or something like that.
In the UK, they have dinner at five or six. Then you can submit a soup, but do not mislead the word "soup". British soup is a thin paste, and a portion three times less than in Ukraine.
Dinner in Ukraine means one more big meal for seven. Most Ukrainians have never considered calories, and they are deeply convinced that their food is healthy.
