Interpersonal communication just means the exchange of information between two or more people. As long as you are communicating with another person, you're involved in interpersonal communication. In reality everyone has their motives, expectations and interpretations of communication.
I think, there are certain traits that predispose a life communicating to succeed or fail. Well, type of character plays an important role in the success or failure of a relationship. Although the different types of relationships have very different characteristics and specific needs, there are two basic factors that are critical to all relationships: expectations and communication.
In my life communicating with other people I’m searching for type of character who: organized and disciplined, dedicated; are friendly, pleasant and easy-go; love adventure and trying new things; not afraid to take risks; are optimistic, enthusiastic and high-spirited. They are the ultimate motivational coach for me. They are phenomenal at generating group discussion, as well as new, creative ideas. This type of character are fast-paced, results-oriented. Their innate ability to connect people creates a healthy, vibrant environment. So, I like to communicate with the extrovert, but sometimes I like to open for myself introvert too.

Communicators constantly exchange information, meaning people always seem to be either receiving or giving information. Understanding the different methods of exchanging information is important especially in business and professional settings.
Verbal communication seems like the most obvious of the different types of communication. It utilizes the spoken word, either face-to-face or remotely. Verbal communication is essential to most interactions, but there are other nonverbal cues that help provide additional context to the words themselves. Pairing nonverbal communication with the spoken word provides a more nuanced message. Visual types of communication include signs, maps or drawings as well as color or graphic design. Visual aids can help a speaker remember important topics, give the audience something to look at, and generally help convey the message being presented.
Recently, verbal communication become more popular. . A lot of people chat on Skype, Viber etc. But like all communication tools, video communication has its advantages and disadvantages.
