First of all, each employee follows his own needs and interests while he is finding a job. The new work place must answer to all of them: the salary should accord with the monthly costs, the location of the work place have to be not very far from the house where employee lives, and the job must be interesting and meet the level of employee’s level of knowledge and skills. If not, the employee will be not motivated, because the working process will run boring soon or the employee will be stressed because of the too complicated tasks, which he can’t deal with. Also the schedule must be satisfying for each side – both for the employer and the employee, what helps to avoid the conflict of the interest. If all requirements of both sides meet each other, it is an ideal model of the employee’s and the employer’s collaboration.
