This is a construction in which the P.(usually P.I) is in predicate relation to a noun in the common case or a pronoun in the nominative case, which is a subject of the sentence. This constr. is used:
- With the verbs of perception, used in the passive voice (F.e. He was often seen drunk)
- After such verbs to find, to leave, to catch, to report – used in the passive voice (F.e. She was found sitting in the library)
