Maslow's hierarchy of needs tell us about one of well-known and popular theory of motivation. The most detailed his ideas presented in the book of 1954 «Motivation and personality».
Maslow place needs with increasing and explained such a construction is the fact that human can’t feel need of a high-level unless human have need of more primitive things. First need, which Maslow place as basis, is physiological needs like hunger, thirst and so on. Then need in safety, social needs, esteem needs and finally self-realization. And what is important in this pyramid is the fact that it is very difficult to satisfy fully the latest needs of self-realization. However, all previous may be satisfied not fully to pass to next level.
