Do you think working abroad is essential for a successful career? Why? Why not?

I do not think that without working abroad you can not have a good successful career. If you are a good employee, if you do your work well, I think that you can do a successful career even in Russia. But of course working abroad is a good work experience and this can help you to make more successful career.
