I think that role of school in this issue is not large because in school we get only basic knowledge. In Europe it may be important, because there are good recognized schools. In Russia, it is not so. University plays a certain role, but I do not think that it is a main role. If you have skills which are necessary for the job, then of course you will work there (I hope). If not, then even if you finished the main university like MSU, you're worth nothing. So I think that in Russia it is not so important, but of course it plays some role, but not the main. And in addition we have many examples of people who haven’t got education at university and they have good job and they live also happy.
