The Present Perfect Continuous is formed by means of the auxiliary verb to be in the Present Perfect and Present Participle (Participle I) of the main verb
The Present Perfect Continuous is used to express an it action which began in the past, has been going on up to the present and its either still continuing or just finished.
If the verb has no continuous form, the Present Perfect is used instead of the Present Perfect Continuous.
